POLOS will once more take part in Tecnosorvetes – International Technology Trade Fair for the Professional Ice Cream Parlor Industry, which reaches its 9th edition and will be held June 25 through 28 in the Expo Center Norte – Pavilhão Azul (Blue Pavilion).

During the four days of the trade fair, we shall be exhibiting our main products to thousands of visitors and professionals of the Ice Cream Parlor Industry segment, who will be able to enjoy a pleasant moment with our team, besides learning about new market trends with many technological innovations.

We shall be located at Rua (Street) C, Stand # 62.

The history of ice cream goes back to frozen desserts served in ancient Rome and Egypt. They were made from ice and snow of mountains and preserved below the soil. Later, ice cream appeared during the banquets at the court of the Medici, in Florence. Indeed, the Florentine chef Bernardo Buontalenti is said to have invented modern ice cream in 1565, when he presented his recipe and the innovating cooling techniques of Catherine de Medici.

She, in turn, brought the novelty to France, where in 1686 the Sicilian fisherman Francesco Procópio dei Coltelli perfected the machine which produced the first ice cream. The popularity of ice cream only increased as of the 1920’s as Italian novelty of Varese, north of Italy, where the first ice cream car was developed.

TecnoSorvetes, International Technology Trade Fair for the Professional Ice Cream Parlor Industry, handles the requirements of the industry, by means of an event focused upon the purchase and sale of ice cream equipment and product resources. There are more than 8,000 m² of exhibition, gathering together companies from the segments of equipment, packaging, cooling, storage and logistics.

In this video you can check out the use and functioning of the Picopolos machines, for semi-professional production of easy handling and great saving. All the production line is fully produced in AISI 304 stainless steel, with alcohol tank with removable evaporator, and circulation by high performance pump.

Learn about the functioning of the new machine of Polostechnology developed to align the sticks automatically. With this process they are easily removed by the operator through the extractors. Check it out!

The Picopolos is available in 07 standard models:

– Picopolos 1,000 (capacity for 1,000 Popsicles an hour);
– Picopolos 2,000 (capacity for 2,000 Popsicles an hour);
– Picopolos 3,000 (capacity for 3,000 Popsicles an hour);
– Picopolos 4,000 (capacity for 4,000 Popsicles an hour);
– Picopolos 6,000 (capacity for 6,000 Popsicles an hour);
– Picopolos 8,000 (capacity for 8,000 Popsicles an hour);
– Picopolos 10,000 (capacity for 10,000 Popsicles an hour).

Application: Very versatile machine. This type of equipment allows through direct coupling with the continuous ice cream producer, filling paste in Popsicle shapes, where we shall have a Popsicle shaped with extruded appearance, with enormous advantage of use made of the cold of the Popsicle machine.

Construction: The Mega Doser is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with total pneumatic independent activation and unit dosage control mug to mug, allowing total filling without leaving a burr on the Popsicle.

Continuous

Freezing of the mixture through pumping of the fluid (alcohol), transforming it into Popsicle. The production capacity of the Picopolos 8000 is 8000 Popsicles an hour, in the following conditions: sugar solution input temperature 4°C, shapes of up to 70 ml.
